Short Comm: Velma and Daphne's Strange Switch
Velma Dinkley and Daphne Blake both were excited at the prospect of yet another mystery, though there were a few matters left in their home city of Coolsville to take care of. Among them was Velma’s bookshop, which she had taken up during the brief time Mystery Inc. disbanded. While Velma’s magic enthusiast younger sister, Madelyn, looked over the shop in her absence. The absence of Madelyn was mildly disappointing when Velma arrived, though, when Velma came back with a second book written by Sarah Ravencroft. “I don’t know why you brought that thing with us, Velma. It’s kind of creepy, isn’t it?” Daphne asked, pointing at the book. “More than kind of, but with Thorn and the other Hex Girls gone it’s probably best we hold on to it to make sure no one abuses its power,” Velma said as she placed the fiendish looking, bound book down, feeling herself get the shivers. “I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that we found out about this on our way out of Oakhaven or that this one’s
